Saa'datu
Saa'datu is a 21-year-old mother of a 7-year-old girl, living in the IDP camp while expecting another child. Last year she suffered a miscarriage caused by infection, and with the same conditions unchanged, she lives in fear that history will repeat itself. Revamp Initiatives and Revamp Media Agency have helped her access hospital treatment, but the risk remains as long as she is exposed to the same environment. Through it all, Saa'datu carries on with quiet, unshakeable resilience.

Participating in the Seed for Change Creative Women Residency was a truly enriching experience for me. During the program, I learned new skills in culinary art that have expanded my creativity and confidence in the kitchen. It exposed me to new techniques, ideas, and ways of presenting food that I hadn't explored before.
